We are seeking a Design System Manager to lead the strategy, development, and governance of our enterprise design system. This role will drive consistency and scalability across digital experiences by bridging Figma-based design systems, CMS component architecture, and emerging AI-enabled design capabilities.
5–8+ years of experience in design systems, UX engineering, or front-end development
5–8+ years of experience in Advanced expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, tokens; AI features a plus)
5–8+ years of experience in Hands-on experience with CMS component modeling (Sitecore, AEM, or similar)
5–8+ years of experience in Strong understanding of component-based architecture and front-end development (HTML/CSS/React preferred)
5–8+ years of experience working in cross-functional, enterprise environments
Soft skills/other skills - To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager (To define how this will be evaluated)
